But that would've been fine if not followed by my having to ask at least 4-5x in under 10 min how she really expected me to "make sure not to forget to check my inbox daily or I may miss the reply from the one who was supposed to be able to help fix my account". 1st she inquired snarkily whether I had even bothered trying to upload the employment stuff right there with the link they sent in my inbox. Not after the entire chat was spent reeducating the rep about the whole reason I was even requesting help. But of course I've received no call and I wasn't optimistic anyways that I would get one. Only one I've been in contact with was the untrained chat rep who "escalated it" and promised a callback soon. Every Last call gives me the same "we're all busy and no callback options so try again". Over 2 weeks with emails and contact forms sent in every day on top of calling the 3 different#s every half hour ago day every day. But I haven't been lucky enough to get to speak to even one person. When I went on to upload it is when I found it locked.
